This was taken at the Space Needle in Seattle, WA. Drove out with a friend that moved for a new job. Guess I just did not realize how big I was actually getting. This picture put it in perspective for me. I started losing weight after this. I was 185# here and a size 14 climbing into a 16. That was all it took to get me movitvated again. It is terrrible what married life can do to a womans figure. It will never happen again. I dumped the weight and the husband.

This was taken about a year ago. I was dieting but not lifting yet. I brisked walked everyday for 2 hours and dieted. I moved for a new job and joined the gym again and haven't looked back.........

Muscles have memory and mine sure did. My biceps were the first to repsond to working out again. Triceps are popping too.......but bikini season is coming fast, gotta work harder.

Well this is my back side....I do about a 3 hr leg work out twice a week. This was last Sept. and now I am pushing 450# on the leg press. Yeah!!!

I know it takes time, I am so anxious for my abs to be out. They feel tight but they just don't look like it. So it is tuna out of the can for me everyday. :-)

This is week 3 of my diet. I dropped about 9 lbs so far. Have a new training partner and wow are things progressing better than expected.
