Reason: I cannot get enough protein into my diet, nor am I able to eat enough food, so the shakes help me on the run. Can drink them on the way to work or on the way home from work. Good for drinking while walking around the mall instead of eating the crap at the food court. Finally got my best friend to drink them. They are awesome.

Reason: I took Hydroxycut before, when it had ephedra and it worked exceptionally well for me, droped like 26 lbs. Read alot about this product and I feel it will work just as well. I need to loose that stubborn body fat that hangs around the mid section. Really hard to loose this fat when you are over 40, especially for woman.

4/13/07 - just received my 2nd bottle, man is this stuff ever good. I was with out it for 2 days and about went nuts. It has really helped my progress, I am drinking 3 shakes a day now. Love this flavor too. Although I hear the Banana is awesome too, might try that next time.
