How I Started:
I have actually been lifting off and on for over 25 yrs. Did alot of body building and then power lifting. Got married and then dropped off. Want to get into competition shape again.
Why I Love It:
It feels wonderful. I get a sort of high from lifting weights and making gains.
How I Stay Motivated:
I am naturally a very up beat and positive person and I love life and health and especially fitness. As we get older our bodies start to break down. I am hoping to reverse that natural progression. By never giving up fitness.
