he jnl, my name is jade and i read your "How i Got Started" and i went from a size 2 to a size 10 from stress and my body maturing into a woman and me not being able to just eat anything. after 2 months of diet and working out 5-6 days a week, im down to a size 4. and you are one of the woman on bb.com who have helped to to maintain my habbits. thanks

hey diana, it jade. i was just wanting to tell you that you motivate me to train my hardest in the gym and to maintaine a good meal plan so that i can one day have a body simular to yours. ive been working out consistintly for about 2 months and i am all ready seeing changes in my body. you have deffinitly inspired me to live healthier and to stay in tip top shape. thanks.
