How I Started:
I played volleybal for about 7 years. I had to quit due to a shoulder injury. I met a great guy, started a relationship..and unfortinitly put on a little weight. He is a personal trainer at LA Fitness and has encouraged me to live life healthier. So,, i took his advice. I work out 5 days a week and have already lost 25 pounds. I am 10 pounds away from my goal weight. From there I plan on getting as lean as I can.
Why I Love It:
It gives me confidence, makes me proud of who i am. I enjoy it because it allows you to "LOOK AS HARD AS YOU WORK".
How I Stay Motivated:
i know what i used to look like...how lean, sexy, and confident i felt. I wanna feel that again. Compliments from my parents, my sisters looking up to me, and my boyfriend telling me that i look more amazing everyday! and ROCKY!

I love the cable curls. It just changes up the workout and you can even use light weight and just keep going and going and going.........
