When I Started:
How I Started:
in HS when I was 115 lbs. I signed in for a power lifting class then i got addicted to Iron... all through out the years i have stoped so many times but this time is different im more motivated and more into sculpting my physic and maybe one day compete.
Why I Love It:
I'ts a great way to relieve stess... Its a wounderful VICE. Sometimes in this worl we only have a few things that we have a control off and bodybuilding is one of them.
How I Stay Motivated:
this might sound wiered but when i buy suppliments. I don't ever want to waste a single dime on something that is not worthit. and If I buy a suppliment and i want to make sure it put to use then i work out harded. I also look @ the mirror ever so often.
BB Accomplishments:
nothin Major yet... I guess overcoming my shoulder injury.
