How I Started: I weighed around 155 lbs at 6'1" a few years ago. I decided to change that and put on some mass and transform my body.
Why I Love It: It"s a way for me to release stress and deal with problems. It keeps me healthy and looking great. How can you not love it?
How I Stay Motivated: I enjoy working out.

This was taken a few months before I started working. I was around 157 lbs in that pic.
About 2 years and 30 lbs later. I plan to add another 5 lbs of pure muscle, lower my bodyfat a little bit and then I'm good.

gahhhh I hear ya with the 12hr shifts... I am in 'em right now too and they just DRAG on and it's super hard to get w/os in when you're just wrecked after the shift!!! oh well!!! we push on!!! hope all is well :)
