MADE A BIG MISTAKE WITH MY THEN GIRLFRIEND. WAS STRESSED OUT GOT UP TO 275 KNEW I HAD TO DO SOMETHING SO I SHUT OUT THE WORLD AND STARTED WORKING OUT.
Why I Love It:
THE RUSH THAT IT GIVES YOU. THE FEELING OF ACCOMPLISHMENT. THE SWAGGER IT TAKES A CERTAIN PERSON TO COMMIT TO WORKING OUT ON A REGULAR BASIS AND EATING HEALTHY IT IS NOT FOR EVERYONE.

READING MAGAZINES LOOKING AT OTHER PEOPLE ACCOMPLISHMENTS LOOKING AT WEB SITES LIKE BODYBUILDING.COM.BEING A POSITIVE ROLE MODEL FOR MY CHILDREN

my goal is to be 200lbs with 15% bodyfat.I want to be as muscular as I can be. Also I want to be as strong as I can with a lot of energy. I had gotten down to 190 about six years ago than life happened got married had kids career took off now i'm tring to get my body to coincide with my life taken off. I want Hulk status. Hulk smash!!!
I got to say I would not be able to go through any of my workout with my zune. It's something about have your favorite music blasting in your ear when you lifting . You totally forget about your sounding and get into the music and the workout that you have to endure. I might be def by the time...
