Going to the gym and eating properly has become a habit for me now, but it's important to find a goal and constantly remind yourself about it. Watching plenty of bodybuilding videos before you go to the gym helps create that intensity needed to get big.

So far I've put on almost 30 pounds of muscle in about 5 and a half months.
so this might be totally random and out of the blue, but can i ask you about xango? i mean, what exactly is it? i've read about it, but everything out there seems to be about the pyramid selling strategy and not about what's actually in it. is it so good?
