well i work from 4 am to 4 pm. so i usually go to the gym at 7pm. as for the gym. it is mostly free weights. the basic stuff squat rack, bench, pull up bar and dumbells. there is no machines. but note that the equipment is limited. there is only one rack, two benchs.

hey i'm doing good..... but lately i've been gaining weight like crazy. it is getting harder to train in iraq. and its hard try ing to find a good train program for me. can you help.
