I believe it is best to follow a proven system like the 12-week Body for Life program if you really want to lose weight and get into great shape, or you may end up wasting time & energy. My wife (bodyspace: judimax) went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 and I was able to lose over 50 lbs going from 36% to 10% bodyfat in only 12 weeks by following the BFL program. Push yourself and I believe the results will be well worth the effort. Let us know if you wish more info.
