What up brother, went back to school full time and have been a way from the gym and my body space email for a while. How is everything with you? Your still looking huge my friend, how is Tracey and your son?

must have been a heart attack or stroke because she went very quickly. She was a few yards behind me, we chatted a bit about how cold it was, the next thing I knew they pulled her from the water. I thought it was another case of hypothermia (there were several folks pulled for that) but the next day I read that she passed away.
