How I Started:
Physically I have always been a fat guy. Not circus fat, but dear god my chair will never be the same after he sits on it fat. I started for the wrong reasons (vanity and anger) and found my true self. Who knew I was an easy going fit guy trapped in an angry fat guys body?

How I Stay Motivated:
keeping my log and staying on top of my short and long term goals always help, but my wife ohhhhing and ahhhhhhhhing and the big muscles helps a lot.

no. kinda sucked. on saturday i went to the beach and walked from one end to the other and back (took about an hour) but the rest of the weekend, had other things i had to do... what about u?

I work out at Ocean and Pacifica - or the Fitlite's in Pac Heights or Noe Valley when I'm in the city. Don't like Vanness..no parking and lots of weird people :-)
