I want to lose some belly fat and gain some muscle thats been lost over the last year
Goal (Long):
I have always wanted to have a great six pack but got caught up gaining more and more muscle. Right now I am at a higher fitness level than ever before so I feel now is the time to lose the extra fat. However I still want to gain muscle mass. I used to be bigger, but had the extra fat with it. How much I weigh is not important and how I look and feel. I want to be able to still run good and have a great cardio ability but keep all the muscle I can. Strength has always been important to me but with my new training I have lost some so I'm gonna work on that as well. I have no problem with dedication, I will get there.
