I started traing at 16 years old to keep out of trouble.
Why I Love It:
Feel it in my bones, makes me feel alive.
How I Stay Motivated:
Regular planned breaks from training. Experiment with routines during maintenance training.
BB Accomplishments:
Placed 6th out of 13 in the Northern Alberta Bodybuilding Championships 2009.
Placed 8th out of 12 in the Northern Alberta Bodybuilding Championships 2008.
I'm planning on competing in the Joe Spinello Natural National World Qualifier in March of 2011.
Goal (Long):
I have a lot of work to do for this show. So it's going to take about a year and a half to get ready. I need to drastically bring up my outer sweep and my lower lats. So, I guess my best friends are deadlifts, front and back squats, chins and bent rows. I will step onstage at 210lbs.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 15 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
4%
Upcoming Contest:
CBBF Canadian Natural Physique Championships - Drug Tested
