New mortgage...renos...adopting...thinking about competing this year in June. Looking for opinions as time tic tocs away.
Goal (Long):
My previous goal was to compete in a National Natural show in Montreal in May 2011. But life carries you in different directions. I have a new mortgage and am likely adopting this summer. So my wife and I agreed that the expense of flying from Edmonton to Montreal and the cost of supps and all is just not worth it... Just a hobby... I'm a nurse. BUT! I'm toying with the idea of dieting down for the Edmonton regional again and giving it everything I've got. With NO supps other then Whey and Creatine(which is my usual maintenance supps throughout the year). I'm looking for honest opinions as time goes on as to Yay or Nay. If I get a majority of Yays 2 weeks out from the show, then I'm in. If I get majority of Nays and a nice try then I'm outand I'll volunteer backstage. GIVE ME THE HEAT... I WANT THIS CHALLENGE! This will be an interesting experiment for me to justify whether the supplements had made the difference in the previous two shows.
I finally quit smoking... I had quit for two and a half years and then started back up just over two years ago. It has been 17 days since I have had a cigar or cigarette. That probably sounds like a minimal thing to everyone out there, but it has taken me all the will power that I have to do it....
How are you doing? Hope training is going well, Our Show this year is August 7th!! Hope you can be there!! It is a Natural NANBF show and a proqualifier for the IFPA!!
Thanks for the add! Yeah, it was awhile ago but from what I remember, your routine was great. Your pics show how good a condition you were in. Ripped, man!
