jackieforman Try, try again. Now that my back is fully healed (took the time i needed to heal) i'm back at it again. Week 1 - and loving it.

For the last 48 days - I was full speed ahead. Didn't miss a workout - nothing. And it feels so good to see results! Today - I woke up with my back pain again (I have a hernated disk in my back). It's been a problem this past year - but no sign of it in the past 48 days, until today. As frustrated as I am - I know what to do to fix it. Lay off the gym for a week or so - head to my chiro and acupuncture and avoid all exercises that involve forward folding for a while.... Go to BodyBlog
