It's going, always a challenge, but moving forward. Seems, like you're making even more progress, way to go! It's nice to see hard work pay off, huh. Have you decided when you want to compete yet because I can answer any questions, if you have any.

Hitting the weights 3 times a week, while doing cardio 6 times a week sounds like a pretty solid plan. If you could maybe bump up the weights to 4-5 times a week with the cardio, that would be an even better plan. What will happen with the abundance of cardio, is that your body will have a harder time keeping all that muscle on the body. Idk what your diet is, but make sure that's on mark as well. Maybe, let me know what your diet looks like?

I'm actually not competing in that show anymore. I'm taking the winter off, so I can gain some serious size, so I have a good shot of winning a show in the spring. Also, I'm going to wrestle this fall/winter( in attempt to stay lean in the off season) so I'm concentrating more on that. I wish your friend the best of luck and I am actually going to go to just watch the show myself.

If you want to compete this fall or winter, start dieting now. I think if you stick to a solid diet and program you'll do good.

Nice,keep up the good work man. Just be careful of all that running, it's tough on the knees. I'd say interval sessions on cardio would be your best bet, when trying to shed those last couple pounds. Right, now I'm 11 days out from the Constitution States in Conn. , so my diet is strict and the training is intense!

It's going well thanks. Sorry it took me a sec. to get back to you. I'm dieting for my first show, so I'm pretty drained, but overall good. How about you, training for anything in specific, or just lifting?
