hey just noticed your new avi, your looking shredded! You must be getting pretty pysched for your comp! I wish you all the best, I'm sure all the hardwork you've put in will payoff.
hey jacked, you can definitely tell you've been hitting it hard, you've made great progress, your arms shoulders back all looking solid and hard and you have great mass on them legs. I think your gonna kick@ss in your comp. I wish you all the best and will be keeping my eye out for the next set of pics. :)
He Jackedup, good to hear from you! and thanks, looking sick is what I aim for :) I hope your training is going good! I wish you all the best with your training and hitting your goals in '07
oh and yea, I meant it as a compliment, you look great and your as strong as an ox!
Nice stats bro. Your amount of strength is unusual for a 17 year old highschool student. It seems like you are at the same level as me. I have never squated 550 but I do 5 sets of 5 with 475. And for deadlift I do 3 sets of 3 with 400. So keep up the awesome job man, and good luck with your goals.
Hey there, you know I gotta say I kinda felt silly that I didn't notice you're still in h.s. I swear in your pics you could pass for a sophmore in college. Anyway, I had to add that your lifting stats are incredibly impressive, keep up the heavy training! :)
