Thank you! I did have a wonderful holiday. I didn't do much of the cooking for the first time in years. It was nice to just relax and let someone else do the heavy lifting. Hope you had a fantastic Thanksgiving as well!! Now it's back to the gym...and lifting like a gorilla! Lol
Aw thanks. Trying my best to hold on to that little pound. My next project is to bring my legs up a little. I think that is a worthy winter goal! Hope your training is going very well. BTW your arm looks BIG in this avi!! Nice...the better to shovel snow with! Lol!

Oh, I understand. It's always a balancing act, isn't it?? I got my one pound of mass which makes me happy but then I started squinting at myself in the mirror to make sure was all muscle and not...you know....the F word!!
Things are good. I have been diligent in my efforts and I've seen some results. I am certainly stronger than I was. I posted some progress pics yesterday...How are you doing with your training? I know you are going on a mass hunt this winter. Are you moving in that direction yet or waiting for the deep freeze??
