Month 31 Progress - One month after the 2009 NPC Novice Michigan comp. I am up 21 lbs and to 10% bodyfat. No cardio during this time. Only eating and training heavy. Next comp is 7/18 the NPC Natural Michigan.

Month 35 Progress: 3 weeks into my Team Scivation modified CHA diet and Tri-Phase training plan. My goal is to add additional lean muscle by January 2010 so that I can compete March 2010 as a solid middleweight.

Month 37 Progress: Finished 12 weeks of Team Scivation modified CHA diet and Tri-Phase training. I successfully added 9 lbs of lean mass to my frame. Thank you Derek!
