Rick, I took a look at your pics for the start of 40+ challenge. We must get you focused, comfortable, and no deviation from your diet for you to be successful. How you are feeling is not uncommon with most people I know who move the iron. I always joke with the powerlifters at the gym that all I want is to look strong not actually be strong so if I can pull it off being 5'6" and 150 lbs ripped & shredded that's cool with me! -Jeff

Thanks, Brooke! It took me a few times on the stepper to figure it out and get a good sweat going on. You will get it and rock it for sure! Deadlifts kicked my butt today but the soreness feels good :) I'm glad tomorrow is a forced off day for me! Have a great Christmas Eve and Christmas! -Jeff

Check out www.scivationbooks.com for free diet & training e-books. I've followed Game Over for my contest prep and Tri-Phase Training during the off-season to put on size. Both plans have worked well for me. -Jeff
