Month 37 Progress: Finished 12 weeks of Team Scivation modified CHA diet and Tri-Phase training. I successfully added 9 lbs of lean mass to my frame. Thank you Derek!

How is it going mate? Thats some serious progress mate and soon to rip it up again, thats great. Well my weight at this time is about 83kg and ime hitting new pbs now, due to my prolonged off season. Looking to go upto around 87kg before ripping it up from March and hope to have gained about 8-10lb of muscle with the same condition. I will wait and see whats beneath my blubber lol.
