Month 0: The start of focused training after years of messing with the iron.
Half way through my 5X5 planĀ and I am excited to report out that my lifting stats have improved by nearly 13.5%!
Full squat from 290 to 328.75 lbs
BB bench from 225 to 255 lbs
BB bent over rows from 185 to 210 lbs
BB deadlift from 271.25 to 307.50 lbs
BB incline press from 195 to...
