To gain as much mass as i can and gain muscle weight as well.
Goal (Long):
Well for now it's to get back to where i was then go from there. I was benching 220 at a weight of 155 lbs., maxing 255 lbs., Dumbell curl 40 lbs. per arm, man i was a monster, then i injured my ankle running and i lost pretty much everything mostly depression and a need to get a job got in the way so now that my mind is clear i want to continue this transformation and become stronger and bigger than ever!

I want to GAIN 15 lb
