How I Started:
Well i got inspired by one of my cousins who had a bench in his basement not being used so i decided to start using it and since then i love to workout.
Why I Love It:
it gives me a rush that ive never felt before and takes my mind off things that bother me. i'm always curious to find new workouts and get massive.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by switching up my workout routines doing super sets century sets once in a while and just trying to stay fit and get the body i have always wanted.
BB Accomplishments:
when i started i weighed in about 125 lb. of straight up bones and gained about 25 lb. of muscle since i started. my one rep max on bench press is 170.
