How many days per week do you do cardio?
Do you monitor your heart rate while doing cardio?
Have you ever had a lifting injury?
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
I hurt my back doing dead lifts, I was out for about 2 months, and i recoverd by doing lots of streching and pilates
