I started working out in High School, I loved seeing the hard work pay off. I was very scrawny back then! I have lifted on and off with varying degrees of seriousness since then. I always come back!
Why I Love It:
I quit drinking and smoking and and and .... seemed like I needed something else to be addicted to! It helps to keep me sane! It does wonders for my self esteem. I like to look and feel good, it gives me something positive to focus on! Healthy living is a positive thing. We all need positive things!
How I Stay Motivated:
Support of friends, my kids, the pure love of being as fit as people half my age and all of the people on BODYSPACE!
BB Accomplishments:
Not breaking my neck and avoiding serious injury! Dont LAUGH, I'm serious:)

I would like to have more energy and have my legs catch up to my arms! I need to educate myself more. I want to be in the best shape of my life! I want to be a positive example for others to follow. I want to do things the right way
Well, I am up five pounds from my bottom. I was playing a ton of racquetball, sometimes two hours at a time. I was restricting carbs and ended up losing some muscle. The actual remaining fat I had, held on no matter what I was doing. Anyway a few, "you are losing too much weight",...
