That would be one awesome fishing trip. I'm sure it was a blast pulling them all in but very tiring at the end of the day, a upper body work out in itself.

Seriously needs help. Not healthy and not what bodybuilding.com is about. I sure hope that the reason this person joined this web site is to get help and to get healthy and get good ideas on how to do it. These pictures will disturb me for a long time.

Look who talking, your abs are awesome. I had to get a few ribs and lower back bones put back in so now maybe I can do some more stomach exercises and get some definition. Great job done on your part.

to get rid of my sweet tooth i've been drinking crystal light and eating craisins. Every now and then a chunk of dark chocolate. they say tht the craving will go away and I hope it happens soon. This must be what quitting smoking is like.

I still hit the gym every weekday and then on the weekends I run outside. I still get in 4-5 miles on the weekends so that makes me feel great. I also have a problem with a sweat tooth, it's my biggest down fall. I'd probaly be down 5 lbs if I could stay away from the sweet stuff.

Your pictures are really showing great improvement, I'm impressed. Hopefully I can get my stomach to look like yours. Clean eating really does help show off the muscles. How's your family when it comes to you wanting to eat clean foods? My kids don't mind but my husband still wants pizza or tacos
