Ive actually just started today. Just cut calories down slightly, cut a bit of carbs out, and am doing some cardio, thats it really.

Dude, for me i wasted like 8 months only hitting my legs 1 time a week. Got stronger but my legs didint grow worth ****. Ever since i have started working out my legs 2x a week they are growing great! One heavy day, low reps and sets, one hypertrophy day with high sets and reps. My legs are one of my best body parts now, and they used to be the worst. PM me if u need any more help
