How I Started:
well basically all my life life my mom and dad has raised me to take care of myself. We were always active in the gym...and we always had a good diet, but i never really looked into actually competing until my, amazing Husband walked in my life ;), he has been in bodybuilding for about 8yrs....he has competed in several different competitions and he has basically showed me the ropes, of the body building world, and nutrition....so i decided to try it out and go for it....so i am and i love it. And i cant wait to do my first show in 2010 baby!!!
Why I Love It:
I love it because, your body feels better, you obviously look better, and everyday theres a new challenge whether, you start a new diet plan or split days in the gym, or whether doing those extra few reps just to feel the burn more...i love seeing my body change everyday and transforming into something i never thought i could ever achieve its like a high and its the greatest feeling ever to be seeing and feeling results!!
How I Stay Motivated:
haha i wanna give credit to my Husband Aj Sims, i couldnt ever do this without him pushing me everyday and reminding me how good i look and how much better i can be

i want to get lean, more definition and get to my goal of 125
