What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
STATIC X!!!! TRY IT! DESTROYER, YOU MIGHT LIFT THE WHOLE GYM!! SUPERPUMP 250 AND VISUALIZATION, FORCING MY MIND INTO THE MUSCLE. MUSIC IS MY AEROPLANE!
Where do you mainly workout?
Why? What are the pros and cons of working out there?
PRO'S, LOTS OF WEIGHT, LOTS OF MIRRORS, CON'S, LOTS OF PEOPLE WITHOUT A CLUE!
What should look for in a gym? What should you avoid?
LOOK FOR DUMBELLS THAT GO TO 200LBS, SQUAT RACKS, POWER RACKS, ALOT OF 45LB PLATES! DONT LOOK FOR ALOT OF PEOPLE WITHOUT A CLUE!
