"I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me" Phil 4:13
Goal (Long):
I have always been one of those skinny kids and Im tired of it. I remember the first time I lifted a weight for high school football. I weighed 95 lbs. and benched 100 lbs. Today, 6 and a half years later, I weigh 165 lbs. and bench over 300 pounds. Everything I have done is natural, due to God blessing me with the desire to work hard and challenge myself. I love the results and love the feeling of increased self confidence that comes with being fit and working out. I would like to weigh 180 lbs. with around 5% bodyfat, and bench press 400. I know with a lot of time and dedication I can do it!

hey bro...things are great on this end with school (busy). As for the progress, I am behind...no real results. I would really like to look like you - massive and shredded, but oh well. My gym membership ended right before I moved so now I have to find a new gym and a new routine. Hopefully it'll be forward moving this time. How's school going for you? Stay blessed and hit me back sometime.

You encourage me to keep doing it. Later
