I am starting this program because I just turned another year older and i am feeling "saggy". I wanna feel more confident and sexy when I'm in the nude..And next summer i wanna wear a two piece with no problems..
Why I Love It:
I would not say I love it but i have to do it to get where i wanna be...Hopefully in time i will become addicted....and start lovin it

My hubby....and Quana....i hope we both can meet our goals of looking FINE

Here Im 157... more than my other pic (swimsuit)... but I look more defined...Look at my side abs showing....OH YEAH
Well i have been struggling with myself on when will i lose this baby weight..I think the time has come for me to make that change. It has been 2 yrs and I am still stuck at little over 150. I want to be at least 135. If i accomplish this i will be so proud of myself i think i wouldnt know how to act...I'll act a fool...lol...
My gut is stretched out and i need to get it flat again (i'm not even looking for a six pack) just as long as it's flat. My arms are to big...they are muscular and i want them a little bit smaller at least 4-5 inches..My thights needs sliming down to like 6-9 inches. But i most definetly want to keep my glutus maximus because i love that part of my body..well i wish myself good luck. And lets see if i can do it within these 2 months..
Yesterday wasn't a good workout day but i still was thriving in the gym trying to get a workout done. My body just felt exhausted...and on top of all that i checked my weight and i went up a pound...what a disappointment. My hubby said that its because i am gaining muscles and that is how its...
Mondays- Full Body (chest, biceps, triceps, back, legs)
Tuesdays- Bootcamp (Cardio)
Wednesday- Full Body
Thursday- Bootcamp
Friday- Full Body
Saturday- At home traing (1000 situps,100 pushups,biceps curl,shoulder press and anything else i can think of that is sufficient)
Sunday- REST
Thanks for the add!!! How is the weight loss coming along??? Baby weight blows huh? I had two kids...the first one I gained 40 lbs, the 2nd one I didn't gain as much, but I had him at 35. The metabolism is allot slower....
