How I Started: I am starting this program because I just turned another year older and i am feeling "saggy". I wanna feel more confident and sexy when I'm in the nude..And next summer i wanna wear a two piece with no problems..
Why I Love It: I would not say I love it but i have to do it to get where i wanna be...Hopefully in time i will become addicted....and start lovin it
How I Stay Motivated: My hubby....and Quana....i hope we both can meet our goals of looking FINE

Goals:
Main Goal: Transform My Body
Goal (Short): I want to lose 20 Lbs by August 2008
Goal (Long): Well i have been struggling with myself on when will i lose this baby weight..I think the time has come for me to make that change. It has been 2 yrs and I am still stuck at little over 150. I want to be at least 135. If i accomplish this i will be so proud of myself i think i wouldnt know how to act...I'll act a fool...lol... My gut is stretched out and i need to get it flat again (i'm not even looking for a six pack) just as long as it's flat. My arms are to big...they are muscular and i want them a little bit smaller at least 4-5 inches..My thights needs sliming down to like 6-9 inches. But i most definetly want to keep my glutus maximus because i love that part of my body..well i wish myself good luck. And lets see if i can do it within these 2 months..
Weight Goal: I want to LOSE 20 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 10%

Thanks for the add!!! How is the weight loss coming along??? Baby weight blows huh? I had two kids...the first one I gained 40 lbs, the 2nd one I didn't gain as much, but I had him at 35. The metabolism is allot slower....
