Do you tell your friends and/or family about your fitness goals?
Why or why not?
I tell them so they can understand the investment I put in and the results I receive are from hardwork and heart.
What tips would you give to others to help them stay motivated over the long-term?
Honestly just think about how you want to look and feel better the rest of your life.
What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
I think about how good it feels to push the limits of my body and how great it feels when I push them further than I thought I could.

So I have decided that I want to become a personal trainer! I am excited but I have a million questions. Anyone know where I should go to get certified? Which ones are accepted the most? Any help would be greatly apprecaited!
