Workout Program:
filled with cardio, weights,and stretching

i start with a cardio warmup15-30 min.
then its time for some streching 10-15 min.
then i work out for 30-an hour.
my workouts chainge daily but a sample workout would consist of.


quads-Front Squat 4 sets of 10 reps with 95 pounds
gluets-dumbbell lunge 4 sets of 15 with 45 pounds
hamstrings-laying leg curl 4 sets of 15 with 95 pounds
abs-crunches 4 sets of 30 -bodyweight
back-bent over barbell row 4 sets of 10 with 95 pounds
lower back-romanian deadlift 4 sets of 10 with 135 poinds
