i jus started takin NO2 (nitric oxide) today boy oh boi did i feel tha freak it was like someone inflated my muscles an i jus felt weightless yet so heavy it was crazi i did crazy sets cause i had NO2, Creatine, Weigh, oh yea and a Philly Cheesesteak inside of me ............boi i burned...
i start with a cardio warmup15-30 min.
then its time for some streching 10-15 min.
then i work out for 30-an hour.
my workouts chainge daily but a sample workout would consist of.
i would say hydroxycut but thats jus me, and yeah its possible for top 3 if u get the oils tanning and other things done like hair removal and all that, n ur quads arent posted so if ur equally symetrical yeah dude sounds good
creatine is my favorite supplement, try creatine monohydrate, it makes you strong as hell! also if you can use whey it helps but just eat tons of food if u can (protein - chicken/beef/eggs/tuna/fish)
Whatever your're doing dont stop. Increase your're Protein, Keep eating and embrace the burn. Take the Hate and advice use it as pure motivation also PATIENCE is very important trust me champ..............
