How I Started:
I started out 2 years ago roughly with no idea what I was doing, just floating around in the gym a few times a week. In about May 08 I finished my A levels and decided I wanted to look great and not just alright, so the quest for lean muscles and a 6 pack started. By August I was really happy with the progress I'd made. In January 09 I booked a holiday for July and decided I wanted to be in ridiculously good shape for it, so again, another quest begins!
Why I Love It:
For me it's a way of relaxing and forgetting about other worries i.e university and work for an hour or so a day. It keeps me sane and I love seeing the results... as do other people. Everyone's a winner!
How I Stay Motivated:
Comments from my girlfriend always make me feel good, and seeing results for myself is a feeling that can't be beaten. I know I'm prolonging my life by staying in great shape, so it's not hard to keep motivated. The Great North Run 09 is also a good motivator, I need to get into the best possible shape to ensure I do well in that!
BB Accomplishments:
Going from a little fatty, who longed to look as good as others, to someone in better shape than those I previously wanted to look like!

I go on holiday in just over 9 weeks, so I'm upping the cardio to shed as much fat as a I can! Hope to get some better overall ab definition in the next few weeks, although University is gonna be a busy'n so will need to work extra hard at keeping on target!
