Being told by doc that my blood pressure was borderline high and I was overweight :o
The horror of it all motivated me.
Oh yeh, and both my wife and mother kept calling me fatboy.

Grabbing my belly and realising I'm not quite there yet.
BB Accomplishments:
Dropping fat and adding muscle and increasing fitness. -15lbs overall, in 10 weeks.
Because CT keeps her advice plain and simple - A disciplined, consistent approach to training and nutrition...and live a little every now and then.
I also think she has one the most outstanding female figures around!
Thank you! Well we all lose motivation form time to time, when that happens, I find it helps to do a different activity. then you find it starts to come back..
You can definitely get shredded, and do well in a comp next year! Allow a good 20 weeks to prep for your 1st show - unless you are like 10% bf or less. DO IT, buddy!
