i used to wear the muscle tanks to the gym with my dad growning up, but then i got hooked on baseball. it wasnt until my senior year of HS that i started working out to get something out of it other then a better swing and base running speed. i worked out consistantly thru my first year of college and lost interest. about 3 years ago i got real serious and packed on some serious weight too. got close to competing but could keep my diet.
Why I Love It:
Makes me feel good and its great at getting rid of my stress. also my GF is my gym partner so we get to spend that time together which is great!
How I Stay Motivated:
i just want to look good! and be healthy. the more i lift the better i feel the stronger i get! and the closer i get to competing.
BB Accomplishments:
got down to 6%BF.

Thanks James. Honestly I just do the regular stuff. Most of the time just barbell curls & reverse curls. I think the peak on ur biceps is largley to do with genetics. I've heard preacher curls & concentration curls can help, but I dont know to what extent, & I dont do em anyway. You carryin a lot of muscle there bro! keep up the great work
