dont wanna come across a s a dick but your shoulder and chest measurements seem awfully high for your weight, do you know your not meant to tense? i would recomend deleting them cos it wont give you an accurate progress chart in future.

Thanks man lookin swole yourself. Where do you find people to lift w/ in this country no one seems motivated. Kids are out on the piss every night and would rather knife you than hit the gym and fight fair.

Amazing muscle and ripped for 14. Excellent work on traps, strong shoulders, solid chest/pecs and abs, and good work on biceps/triceps/forearms areas. Don't know your goals but that is a great job of training so far. Continued success..André
