Keep it simple...
For now until I get competitive.....K.I.S.S. principle....
-I eat what WILL make me better, not what makes me FEEL better.
Follow that and you can't go wrong.

The basics.
I change up brands every now and then just to see what is out there.....but I always make sure I have these on hand. I occasionally work in a thermogenic for extra energy.
-Food (You can knock out all of the other pieces below and still be successful. They just help a bit in the mess of it all.)
-Protein powder for when I am on-the-go.
-Creatine Monohydrate (whether it is a part of my PWO, or some other form)
-Sport Multivitamin (Preferably one that has some Beta Alanine or Citrulline. Right now that is Anavite)
-Fish Oils
-Preworkout (I cycle on/off so that I am not dependent upon it...Not nearly as important for me as the other four)

For everything I fail, I work harder to succeed. I will never be my best, and that is what keeps me pushing to the next level.
Never satisfied.
Always hungry.
You can't just earn success. You have to maintain it. What is the point of achieving something just to let it slip away? Success is the king of the hill. We all struggle. We all relapse and think negatively at times. Can we really do it? I have to shrug it off every day just to stay motivated. Go ahead and knock me down. You'll see me again.
