How I Started:
I really started hitting the gym hard after a car accident, when I was told that I didn't get hurt worse than I was bcuz I was too big to move around the car, I decided that I needed a change!
Why I Love It:
It makes u feel good inside and out, it's a sense that u have accomplished something, and it's even better when others take notice and appreciate the effort u put out
How I Stay Motivated:
it's not easy that is for sure, once u see some progress that is all it takes, then it's like if I can do that, then I can do more
BB Accomplishments:
Dropping 125lbs in a year, going from 30 percent body fat to 10 percent, and just enjoying life more
