When i do straight bar curls or even e-z curls my wrists kill me. Mainly on the outside right side of both wrists. Not sure if anyone else experiences this. If anyone knows any stretches or has any ideas i would appreciate it!! BTW I don't curl heavy, the injury prevents me from going over 75lbs.

hey I've been drinkin apple juice - straight - since I was 25 y.o.!! I can handle it!! you should be able to find yourself a clean diet here and basketball should be all you need (unless you're sitting on the bench every game) LOL
