Just before my husband left for the second time (the first deployment I lost a lot of weight that I gained from our first kid) to Iraq I had our second baby. I tend to gain A LOT of weight when pregnant and then get down to a decent size about a year or so afterwards.
I weighed 193 when he left and now I weigh between 133 and 135, size 6. I'm in decent shape (tend to weigh on the heavier side,no matter how thin.)
My husband is so awesome and supportive. He's been in Iraq for almost 15 months and I just want to look good for him when he gets home. the last time he saw me on mid-tour leave I weighed 150 lbs. He works so hard and has lived such a crappy life for over a year and I want him to come home to a hot Jenny, not a frumpy one.
I want to get down to 16 percent body fat and have.. well a smokin' hot body in 12 weeks for our redeployment Honeymoon.
My mini goal is to lose 10 lbs- of body fat, by the time my hubby gets back from Iraq ( 6 weeks!!) My biggest concern is dropping bodyfat.
I gain in muscle and strength pretty easily, so I would like to focus on those goals after I drop my body fat.
My biggest problem is my diet. If I'm not eating crappy food, then I end up not eating enough calories. So, I would like to start squaring away my diet, starting this week. Eating small healthy meals 5 times a day, with at least 1200 calories.
Hubs is back in Iraq and will be home again in October, I want to look better than I ever have. The problem is I start to cut down on my body fat right around the time he get home from deployments, and then we eat at every restaurant or eat every food he hasn't had much of in the + 12 months he's been in the desert. This deployment he's gotten into lifting and eating healthier, and his body is so damn sexy for it. I want to be right there with him.

You may not see the result yet, but you should be feeling more confident about yourself about now. Don't give up and stick to your diet and program and you'll see resulting very soon. Remember, DON"T GIVE UP!
I got toned and lost some bodyfat in 6 months, then when I started lifting heavier, results went faster. I could have stayed the way I was, but I wanted to take it to the next level. You need to decide what level you want,
