A new beginning. Like the excitement of reading the first pages of a new novel. The first step off the plane in someplace you have never been before. Or unwrapping a new mini candy bar after feeling sad, thinking that they were all gone. (Stupid Halloween, still on the brain) Love the black hair. Hope your new start goes well.

Well, ever see that New balance commercial where the bed sheets are wrapping themselves around he woman, trying to keep her in bed? I have been losing that battle a lot lately and it's really frustrating. For some reason, the bed makes seems a much more logical decision @ 4:30 am.

plateaus suck. I have gone up in weight from 185 to 194, but my body fat went from 16% to 12%. It's maddening, yet progress.
