hey there! i was curious to know how you like the powertec home gym... i've been debating whether or not to get one. it looks awesome and i have seen some great deals an reviews on it... i figured i'd ask and get your opinion on it!

The article/interview was great... I really enjoyed reading it!!! I absolutely love Tae Bo... that's how I lost the weight after both of my pregnancies. I actually just started using the Boot Camp video... it's a great workout... I use it on my cardio days. Have a great week!

hey there... so, is your husband deployed? my husband has been working in afghanistan since july 2005... the kids and i see him every 3-5 months :(... anyway, i was going to ask.... how is the juefuel working for you? looking for something to boost my energy and the syntrax fire just isn't doing it!
