Background

When I Started: Sep 2006
HOW I STARTED:

Growing up in Italy, I played A LOT of soccer along with other sports (field hockey, soft ball & ran cross country)... so, I was always very athletic and on the go. After having both of my children, I easily lost the weight... but once I went back to school, things went down hill! I became a BIG stress eater! Summer of '05 I went back to Italy for my cousins wedding, and it wasn't until I saw photos that I finally realized i NEEDED to do something about my weight. I began going to the gym here and there but never really stuck with it until I started going last Sept. I go about 3-5 days a week. I am proud to say that I have dropped *about 15 lbs. all together. I am now ready to build some muscle and start looking cut!

WHY I LOVE IT:

It's something that I do for myself... I call it "Mommy Time". It's a way to escape my every day routines... and it just feels great!

Where to begin....

Well, I have been away from BB for about 2 1/2 years now and my physical appearance shows it! I was on roll at one point and then I let the stresses of my life take control, putting my workout on the back burner! On top of that, I make a life changing decision to quit smoking for my children.... let's just say that hasn't done the body too good! lol But..... I am back! I am ready to get back on track and hit the weights hard! I have set my goals and am ready to fulfill them! BRING IT!!! :)
