I want to lose the weight on my midsection and sculpt my body into what it was intended to be, strong, cut, and healthy.
Goal (Long):
I want to increase the size of my neck, width of my shoulders, increase arm size and FOREARMS for sure, have a V shape without a gut, and also increse the size and strength of my legs. I want to dimish my increasing risk for diabetes by getting rid of and maintaining a slim waist-line.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 10 lb

The first thing you got to do is get your diet in order. You'll just be wasting you time if your diet is not tuned in. There is so much information on this site about anything you could possibly need. Sups? I wouldn't worry too much about that yet. Maybe some protein powder if you think you are not getting enough from your lean protein sources of food. Later buddy!
