Training for sports. Football in highschool and more recently training for triathlons.
Why I Love It:
The discipline it requires. The results in the mirror. The health that I improve.
How I Stay Motivated:
Motivation. My son. At 3 months reminds me daily of how important health is. At 4 months seeing him grow reminds me to grow everyday of my life. At 5 months moving is so key. At 14 months that life goes so fast sometimes you just gave to enjoy it. Never take the little things for granted. Always strive to love and be loved.

My life is ever busy.  Work, kids, and my girl.  We moved, had a month full of birthdays and more to come.  Going out of town for the 3rd time since we moved. Ughh.  Well we, me and my girl, have made a dedicated effort to eat better only to give into working late and grabbing take out. ...
