Training for sports. Football in highschool and more recently training for triathlons.
Why I Love It:
The discipline it requires. The results in the mirror. The health that I improve.
How I Stay Motivated:
Motivation. My son. At 3 months reminds me daily of how important health is. At 4 months seeing him grow reminds me to grow everyday of my life. At 5 moths moving is so key.
