How I Started: Just looking at myself and how disgusting i looked. Finally decided to do something about it.
Why I Love It: It makes me feel good. Specially seeing the small changes i am making on my body.
How I Stay Motivated: Coming to this site and seeing other people making great progress with their goals.
BB Accomplishments: None yet. But, i'm working on getting rid of this beer belly by the end of the year. I've been fat since after i graduated high school, so this will be a big accomplishment.

This was taken when i was first starting out. I was 201 pounds. the gut and love handles has got to go  This is me at 170 lbs. Could be a lot better with a sound diet. But it's impossible coz i work at a restaurant

hey man. keep at it though just be consistent. football season will help your cardio. I use basketball to keep myself in good shape. yah its hard to eat healthy when you work especially at a restaurant. work on scheduling your meals :)

Haha she looks older than 17. Dre if you want to drop bodyfat and stay lean you need to minimize your carb intake (no eating a lot of kanin hehe), increase you protein intake, spread out your meals, drink lots of water, do cardio first thing in the morning if you can.
