I was a basketball player but i wanted to try football and i needed to get bigger and stronger to play at the next level

Goal (Short):
I want to lose around 8 lbs of fat and regain my speed and footwork that I had a year ago.
Goal (Long):
I tore my quad the second week of the season and i wasn't able to workout right for that entire time. I want to lose around 8 lbs of strait fat and get down to a solid 230. I kno at that weight i can dominate on the field this next year. Especially if i work on my footwork real hard.
